Water and Electricity

Hi All,

New to this forum, in process of purchasing in Quesada and completing in June.

Is anyone able to give an approx monthly cost of elec and water?

Any other utilities we will have to factor in?

There is no gas at the property and we know we have to pay suma, IBI and income tax. Anything we have missed?

Hi Karen,
Welcome to the forum. The electric and water we've found are around 40 to 50 euro each for 2 months. It used to be cheaper but utilities have gone up in price price recently in Spain. However it's still cheaper than the uk.

To sum up the monthly costs to budget for are: IBI, IRNR, Community Fees, Insurance, water, and elec/gas..
