Is the water coming from below ground? If it is you could have a burst pipe underground, check your water meter first. Turn everything off and see if its still spinning.

Maybe try calling your water supplier? If you're on an urbanisation, the President?

We have checked our meter and its not coming from our property. We have a wall that it's coming through. It started last week with a slow flow and seemed to be only at night now it is a steady constant flow.

Depending on your house insurance policy it may be covered by your insurance policy. Worth checking out that avenue.

If it’s on community property then the president should be told as the community would be responsible for costs. House owner is responsible from the water meter into and including the property
