Who do i need to call to arrange free gas installation

Hi, we have just recently moved to ciudad Quesada and I have been told that we can get free gas installation and boiler. Could you please tell me who it is i need to contact please.

Have a word with Rob at Don Aluminio Building & Reformation I think he will be able to advise on this as he helped us several years ago and sorted a full heating system also, but it depends on if mains gas is in the street.
