Property Aquamarina

I’ve seen a property in pueblo Blanca in Aquamarina complex it looks lovely and a bargain,
I haven’t been to the area yet and I’m looking to buy a long term investment to rent part of the year and use part of the year, good value for money that is near to all amenities and with a nice aspect and outlook,
Does anyone have any advice and opinions for me please? I’d probably look to buy a car as I’ve gear you can park in Alicante Airport annually for €300 a year
What do you think of the area as I’ve seeing mixed reviews on it and I’m desperate to get out there but can’t tell until next year and I might loose this little bargain
