I am wondering if anyone knows of any shoe factories, or small businesses in the surrounding villages, that make small orders, in Elche or Alicante?

I dont want to buy shoes I want them to make my designs,

Don't know of any but Elche is (well was) the shoe centre of Spain.

The shoe business is still old school. My advice would be to get a translator who speaks Valenciano. Just speaking in their dialect alone will open many more doors for you. Good luck, you will need it.
