English Size Bed Bases

Hello there Quesada. Can anyone advise if it is possible to buy English sized bed bases please. We have brought two single mattresses 3ft over with us not realizing that most Spanish beds are smaller than in the Uk. Thanks in advance

Hi
The big 'Sofaland'/'Bedland' warehouse near quesada will probably have what you need. Nevertheless, the 90cm size seems to equate well with an English 3ft in almost any shop (90cm = 35 and a half inches roughly). I cannot comment on prices, however. We bought many items from them for our newly refurbished village house and were pleased with the service, although we had a bit of a wait for a special order. Also, of course, being newly in Spain and our spanish even more limited than it is now there was the advantage of English sales staff. The prices seemed to be in line with british ones rather than spanish.
