Shiva I've looked up the bottle you bought and it's made by a uk health food company and when the vinegar hasn't been filtered or pasteurised it contains the mother so I will certainly give it a go. I suffer with arthritis and high cholesterol so I'm willing to give anything a try! Thanks again everyone for your comments

Yes you will but very few, if any will be unpasteurised, un-filtered & contain "the mother"

I am fully aware of that, i too buy Braggs in Spain, i was referring to you Googling "vinagre de cidra de manzana" You can find that in almost any supermarket but most of it it isn't unpasteurised or unfiltered.
