I think every supermarket has organic products. Lots labelled as "Bio" or "Organico".
Not sure about meat, although I have seen the words Bio at several places, but fish is generally labelled as to where and when it was caught, how it was caught and quite a lot of info. Consum do that quite often.

Same as eggs, you need to look at the stamp on the egg to see if it's organic or not. In all EU countries the code on the egg will tell you and, if begins with a 0 it is organic, a 1 then it is free range, 2 indoor housing and 3 caged birds.

Serrano and Iberian hams are labelled with a colour. Black or Pata Negra shows it was free range boars who are only acorn fed and free roaming. Red is the same but a mixed breed but still acorn fed and free roaming, Green is acorn and grain fed but still free roaming and white label grain fed but not free roaming.

Just look for Bio on the labels.

You're welcome, although I do think that, in Spanish, Bio actually translates to double cost.
