Does anyone know if I can buy local, zincer bullseye 123 paint.
Is there an equivalent,?it is to paint over varnish without sanding down.

Zinsser Bullseye 123 is available on Amazon.es. But it is expensive at 55 euro a 1 litre tin.

Would suggest Leroy Merlin would have similar stuff and they are very helpful with English speaking assistants.
