Not sure which provider you are looking for?
There’s a multitude of mobile phone shops in Rojales, Majik Mobiles in Benijofar or any of the computer shops and the post room shop in the area.
There’s also a number of mobile phone shops in Habaneras or in the main shopping street in Guardamar.

https://www.lobster.es/pay-as-you-go-plans/I like that you can "park" your number for up to 12 months when not required. When/before you return to spain you can unpark your number using the app or online login. Your account will then use up the remaining data until it your next payment is due. It also covers calls made from UK to Spain and vice versa.

We got our lobster sim from the computer shop, back of Sabadell, in Quesada.

Tien 21 Algorfa sells sim cards, they speak English and Spanish
