PART TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED

Due to a steady increase in new client enquiries, Thy Will Be Done now have a vacancy for a part time Receptionist/Administrator working from the Expat Centre in Dona Pepa

9am -1pm

Mon to Friday

The ideal candidate must already be autonomo so this position would perfectly suit someone currently working part time elsewhere but in need of more hours

€150 a week

Working from the Expat Centre in Dona Pepa

Greeting clients/booking in appointments/data input/printing and scanning documents and general office administration

Good knowledge of Word and Excel required together with good friendly communication skills over the telephone and face to face
