Do you mean Suma (similar to our council tax in UK but much cheaper)?

I thought all taxes related to house buying are taken at the point of sale.

Cost for the land registry should be included in the cost of the notary when you completed.

Sorry my mistake, I should have put Property Transfer Tax

Should all have been included in the price you paid. No separate tax bills for the transfer tax.
