Access Suma Bill online

Is there anyone internet savvy who has accessed Suma bills online. We are based in the Uk and have direct debits set up for house and car Suma. However if you don't collect your Suma in a short time span the Correos do not hold onto it. It is reassuring to have that piece of paper in the car just in case of being stopped. Also the house Suma for non residents tax. Has anyone accessed their Suma and if so could you talk me through it in very simple terms (I need simple) TIA.

You can access your bills online at suma.es. However, you need a digital signature (id) to access it. You can only get this in person from the SUMA office by showing your passport/id card and NIE or residence/non-resident card.
The bank should send you a receipt for your payment however, as I use online banking, I have never had one.
I simply copy the payment details from my online statement, print it off and keep it in the car.

If you look on the bank statement on the right side of the payment will be a symbol click on that and it comes up as a PDF showing the details of the payment ,that's what I do just print it out

How do I do an online payment for my car SUMA? I did manage to get as far as logging into my online banking, but then it asked for a reference number, and for the life of me I cannot find it on my previous payment (which was done by Amanda, but she has gone back to the UK). There is a reference number for the payment received, but that would not make sense for the next payment, as it says 2016.

I also have to do a change of address, as I moved from Quesada to Torrevieja. Where can I do this? Do I really have to go to Elche as someone mentioned to me? This would be very inconvenient, as I work and that would take too much time!

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You don't actually need to keep your payment receipt in your car as they should be able to check on a central computer, with saying that I'm not entirely sure I would trust that to update the computer!

My car dealer said you don't need to keep anything in your car anymore except your licence. He says it has been reported quite a bit in the Spanish press because the Guardia Civil now has everything, registration/tax/insurance etc, on computer.
However, he then said he still carries it in case computer access goes down or he gets stopped by the Policia Local who may not have access.
I keep it all cos I is a chicken.

Yes Marcliff. Quite agree my husband keeps it all, and thanks for sptelking me where the Suma office in Rojales is. Went today, very helpful lady, has all our details but unfortunately as we didn't change paperwork at traffic until after 1st January we have to go back down to Mazarron in Murcia to lay our car tax! Oh well a trip back down there after Easter!
