Anyone know the website to print off the bank form for N I E (not EX15 got that)

Normally on the sede.policia.gob site but keeps coming up as error 404, not available.
If it comes back up it can be downloaded here

Look on the Citizens Advice Bureau Spain web site they have different forms you can download

Have been getting the same error message all day, thought i had the wrong web site. The same error message thro citizen advice too.

Yes, every site that mentions it links to the one that is down at the moment and gives an error.

This is the new link for Modelo 790 codigo 012. You have to fill it in on line, then press download at the bottom and the obligatory 3 copies downloads to enable printing.
