No I didn't pay the CGT, the allowable set asides (solicitors, agents fees, improvements etc) were enough to avoid the CG & provide the full refund. If I had believed the unsound advice of the selling agents solicitor I would not have claimed it back but Esther at SGM, who I cannot speak more highly of, quickly & efficiently did the business.
