Quizzical, We do not rent out, a two bedroom Apartment, this years Tax was 62€. Last years was €45. I believe it goes up or down depending on what the local council set it at each year. If you do rent out as TonTri said it would increase.

We bought our flat last year and have to do out Non Res tax this year,thanks to LadyGrantham,I have used Spanish tax form to do our tax....we dont rent it and use it about 5 times a year....looks like I have to pay € 468...,, would this be right?

Would be grateful for any help.They were very good,very quick and charge £29.

This is all connected to the Valor Catastral. That should be on your SUMA bill.

I THINK that the value of €468 would be for a cadastral value of approximately €200000 (forgive me if I'm completely wrong)!

Thank you, its been sorted out, I added an extra figure accidentally on my catastral value....it turned out to be €46 .

Hi an update. contacted solicitor was 57 euros and 100 euros fee. But at least its sorted. Will need to use what is quoted next year, is that how you find them on line, Spanish tax forms Ltd
