Yet another Form210 question

Hi

We purchased a house in Quesada last year and know we need to complete a Form 210 for this year, however we are having problems finding the cadastral value.

We have email <suma.es> 3 times in Spanish and English asking but nothing in reply.
Yes I know this is Spain !

Is there any other way we can find this
cadastral value, we have a bank payment slip for the stamp duty when we purchase which has cadastral value on it.

Any one know if this figure is suitable to use ?

Regards
Vera and Geoff

Is this something one can do yourself. I ask because from this site I discovered I needed to have one, the bill was 57 euros but then a solicitors charge of 100 euros, quite a shock but at least its done and it was my first one.

We ended up using Spanish Tax Forms http://www.spanishtaxforms.co.uk/ as they pay it for you as well

First time around paying there service fee is worth the peace of mind
