Advice please

I have a property in the uk which I rent out
And have paid tax on every year in the uk up until Dec 2019

My wife and I have private pensions taxed at
Source.

We have been residents in Spain since February 2019 and am expecting to pay tax here this year.My lawyer is working on this later in the year.

I would like a heads up on what the difference in taxation will be ,and clarify what exactly world wide assets are taxed

I would also welcome inputs from anyone else who is doing or has done the same

Worldwide assets in excess of €50,0000 must be declared but are not taxed, well at least not until they exceed €700,000!

Tax is paid on annual income not assets.

Thank you marcliff...I am less worried now.
