Hi all
Ihave my TIE but decided to return to England. Do I need to cancel my TIE or should I just let it expire? Will it affect my taxes in England?
Any advise would be helpful

I'd say cancel it because if not you will still be a resident and will have to declare a tax return I believe.

Do you have a property in Spain? Have you registered for tax in Spain?

I suspect that you will have to return the TIE card and declare that you wish to be considered a non resident. If you have a property you will need to pay non resident tax.
