Hi all, As costs are rising on virtually everything at the moment ive decided to do my own Non Res tax form. I havent yet had my first SUMA bill so i dont yet know the cadastral value but i know its due soo. My question is for anyone who has done their own or had one done recently and got the form back from whoever did it.....when was the last evaluation done for Quesada ? which i oresume comes under Rojales for taxes ?

I was told this appears on the SUMA bill but would like to know now as this impacts whether you pay 2% or 1.1%. Whivh rate have you used ?? or is there a way to find out online please

Hello

On your SUMA bill, apart from the cadastral value, you should also see the words "ano ultima revision", with a year after it. This is when your cadastral value was last revised. The applicable percentages are as follows: -

Buildings whose property register value has been reviewed or changed with effect from 1 January 1994 1.10%

Other buildings 2.00%

The 1.10% is only applicable for 10 years.

The tax rate for EU is 19% and 24% for non-EU

I do the forms for several of my friends.

Hope this helps . Chris

Hi Chris, thanks for the info. So the evaluation isnt per area it's actually per property then ? makes sense now i was thinking that whole areas were done at once.
