We have had embargoes of over €500 taken out of our bank account, the bank had told us it’s for suma, which we can’t understand as we pay by direct debit and all payments have been made, the bank has advised us to go to the suma office, is it in Rojales and do you have to make an appointment ?
Thanks

I was there yesterday. No you don't have to make an appointment but you may have to wait a while. It was busy because this is the end of the paying in period. So may not be so bad next week. I tried to make an appointment but the next available one was on 21st and we will not be here then. Make sure you take your NIE number with you. I always take my passport just in case. I think it closes at 1400. It seems they no longer send out the little invoices. Like everywhere now they want you to do everything online.
