We do in the Isle of Man, which is (in my opinion) a bit ridiculous as the new photo is exactly the same as the one in the old passport. I didn't...I just went to the Postroom, a chap took my photo and that was it..
...of course, the photo didn't look anything like me, it looked like an old thug with a cob on......
