HALLO THERE. WE AT BESURE SERVICES OBTAIN RESIDENCIAS ON A DAILY BASIC
IN REPLY TO YOUR QUERIES

IF NOT WORKING OR A PENSIONER IN SPAIN YOU MUST HAVE PRIVATE HEALTH CARE OF SUFFICIENT LEVEL TO SATISFY THE POLICE AND PAY THE FIRST YEAR UP FRONT IN TOTAL.

SECONDLY THERE MUST BE A JOINT INCOME OF APPROX 1000E PER MONTH FOR 2/3 MONTHS INTO YOUR JOINT SPANISH BANK ACCOUNT.IF YOU PURCHASE PRIVATE HEALTHCARE THROUGH US WE WILL OBTAIN YOUR RESIDENCIAS COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.ALSO THERE IS GREAT DIFFICULTY IN OBTAINING APPOINTMENTS AT THE MOMENT BUT WE DO HAVE SOME AVAILABLE IN HE NEXT FEW WEEKS

Another query
Our personal pensions and rental from uk house are taxed in uk .....if we take Spanish residency do these become taxable in Spain
A friend who is in a similar position to us has got Spanish residency but still pays tax in uk ......all very confusing.....well at least to me :D

If you've been living in Spain for more than 183 days in any one tax year, you're already classed as fiscal residents of Spain and should be submitting Resident tax returns here. If your property is a holiday home and you spend less than 183 days here, then you have to submit Non-Resident tax returns instead.

I hope to get up to speed to the point where I can do my own tax returns in the future, but in the meantime, my wife and I had a free consultation with Abaco Advisers in Torrevieja to explain it. They've now submitted our Non-Resident return for 2016, on our behalf - Tax bill (based on Cadastral/Land Registry value of our property): Eu 114, Abaco's fee: Eu 72 each), and they will submit our first Resident tax returns next year for 2017. There's some useful info on their website:

http://www.abacoadvisers.com/taxes

I have a UK military pension, which has to be taxed in the UK, and my wife has a UK rental property, the income from which is also taxed in the UK, but we both have to make tax declarations in Spain, as our country of residence (i.e. we live here more than 183 days in the tax year), and the tax we pay in the UK is offset against our tax bill in Spain. It doesn't matter that our incomes are taxed in the UK, we are still obliged by Law to make a tax declaration in Spain. If your friends live in Spain for more than 183 days, and you do too, you should all be making tax declarations here. Hope that clears the confusion for you.
