I’ve lived in Spain for 3 years and have my NIE, Residencia, Padron etc I’m a UK citizen.
My fiancée also a UK citizen and I plan to marry possibly in Malta my question is will my wife them have residency or does she need to apply on her own and would she have to satisfy the same requirements re bank account etc

As far as I am aware she is entitled automatically to residence but I think she must go through the process of application have a word with Mat at one way services he will let you know exactly.
