There was a very good post on here a few months ago that set out,very clearly, all the practical steps needed to obtain residencia and the best sequence. Cant find it now. Does it ring any bells to anyone? Thanks

Its starting to like there will.not be any more appointments for resident applications as the backlog is so hughes it will take to the end of the year to clear and Britian say the will not extend after 331st of December,so its going to be a problem .

Its 3 months of 9k each in your Spanish bank (or 3 months of pension deposits).
Up to date Padron, passports, marriage certificate (if married) and either S1 certificates or comprehensive health insurance if not eligible for S1's.
Thats about it.
50 euro each at One Way Services and will all be done for you, including taking you and returning you from the required offices.
