Hi, I'm doing my Pardon as we speak. Best to make an appointment at the townhall. Take deeds, NIE and your passport. That is all you need. You DO NOT have to be a resident and I'm getting mine to assist the process to register my car. The Pardon last a period of time (3 or 6 months please enquire).

How did the padron signing go?

Seeing as my spanish is still weak (taking lessons), do they speak English at the townhall when booking an appointment and signing the padron?
