If you have applied for the new TIE card then you collect it 3 weeks after you attended your 1st appointment. We did the 1st yesterday & were told that, our friends applied last week & were told the same, i don't think they inform you that it is ready, you just turn up (at a different office) & join the queue, you don't make an appointment the 2nd time.
regards,
Dave

We've just collected our TIE cards literally 10 minutes ago. We went with One Way Services and the wait was 4 weeks 2 days, although the card itself may have been available earlier I suppose.

You have to phone the number on the paper you received when you completed your application, they will tell you if your card is ready. You normally have 45 days to pick the card up. Don't go early morning, we went at 1pm in and out in 10 minutes.

What did one way charge you?

Our lawyers charge 60 euros each plus IVA just to fill the forms in and make an appointment. So 120 euros when you can do it yourself, there's a sticky thread by Marcliffe on how to fill the form in and it will cost you 24 euros plus petrol and a couple of hours of your time.

Hi Marcliffe/Chrisdee just want to check this out before I fire up the computer.

1)Do we have to pay the 12e each before arranging an appointment?.
2) when I go on line to make appt. can I make 2 at the same time ?
3) I’ve also printed off the form to pay and filled it in by hand, then read it has to be typed.
We are driving out there on Sunday morning just to make sure we know exactly where it is.
Many thanks

Make appointment fill in the Modelo 790 take it to the bank and pay the 12 euros x 2. I think you can only make 1 appointment at a time perhaps if you have 2 devices you could try at the same time. I booked 2 one after the other and got them 40 mins apart but I dare say they will do the 2 together when we get there.
