It's only because of the pandemic that you have to make an appointment at Rojales at the moment. They are trying to cut down on the amount of people going there at one go hence having an appointment system will enable them to control the numbers.

My next door neighbour went last week with no appointment and, as they didn't have any appointments, they dealt with him and issued the padron there and then. Just good practice to make an appointment at the moment, though.

My husband and I attended our appts yesterday armed with our up to date padrons even though we probably didn't need them as our address is correct on our residencia cards.

We were dealt with by 2 different staff members, the one who I saw kept my padron and the one that dealt with my husband didn't want it!
