Hi, we are currently trying to get an appointment and we’re wondering what documents they require to show a change of address as our current green residency cards have a previous address on them as we have moved home recently. Has anyone obtained a TIE card for this reason?

You will need to take an updated Padron. We did our TIE a couple of weeks ago and it’s a must if you’ve changed address since becoming resident.

If you are under Rojales, you will need to phone to make an appointment at the town hall. They don’t allow walk-ins at the moment.

Hi we did ours a few months ago for our change of address (Had been living in this place 2.5 years LOL) You have to take an up to date padron (take a phot copy also)..passports with copies of the photo pages.your receipt from the bank, a passport size photo (which is returned) & your residencia cards...was very easy...Good luck
