I've just managed to get an appointment at CNP Alicante TIE, Campo de Mirro 6, Alicante 03071. This is the address given on my appointment confirmation.
However, when I search on google maps the post code is 03005, although the rest of the address is correct. Can anyone shed any light on this please?

I went there last week to swap residencia to TIE. Very easy to find via Tom Tom or Google maps - very large free carpark next to the venue

Just avoid Thursday as it's market day so no parking there

Hi my name is Sandra. I have been looking for info re: where to go for TIE, parking etc and came across your group. I have managed to get an appointment to change from Green residential to TIE. As this will be the first appointment, my question is do I go to the office on Calle Campo de Mirra 6 or is there a different office for the first appointment. When looking for parking answers I think I saw a post saying there was a different office for 1st appointments. I would appreciate your help. Many thanks.

If you've got an appointment it should say where you have to go. I believe there are a couple in Alicante.

Thank you. I got the address from a friend who went last week for the first appointment. Unfortunately I omitted to download the pdf of the appointment and haven’t had an email either. I have been back on the website to get a copy via email but when I click the apply I get a notice of incorrect website. Have also sent an email asking for a copy and have received a confirmation of my request but still no email with the number to download my confirmation.
So it looks like I’m just going to wing it and see what happens.
Regards Sandra.

You need to show your appointment to the security guy as you go in. The appointment confirmation comes through as an email, not as a pdf. Check your spam box.

He checks the time on your appointment as you’re only allowed in 15 minutes before the appointment time, due to social distancing.

There are two separate offices in Alicante,
The first one when you take you EX23 and 790-12 plus documents, usually known as the fingerprint appointment.
The second address is when you collect you new card.

Thank you Lynn. I believe the first appointment is at the police station at Calle de la Ebanisteria, 4/6 Alicante . And the collection office is at Calle Campo de Mirra, 6. As I say I have not received the email confirmation it’s not in spam or junk and I have requested the code to print it out via email as stated on the website. If I don’t get it by 12 tomorrow I will go along anyway and see what happens, if turned away well so be it and I will start all over again I won’t be the first to be turned away and I’m sure I won’t be the last !!! Just want it done. Have a good day Sandra.
