Hi all,

I am bringing my 'official' paperwork up to date & want to add some home improvements (licensed) to my
house deeds (Escritura).

Can I just walk into a Notary's office & get this done myself or do I have to go through my solicitor or use
one of the companies that advertise doing these paperwork type of things. If so, is there a company within
walking distance of Rojales/Benimar or do I need to come into Quesada. Thanks in advance.

Thank you. Will he do everything that's needed through to completion or will there be others to deal with & pay?
