Hi

Has anybody had experience with Ibex Insurance when making claims on there house/motor insurance policies recently? We are thinking of moving to them after huge problems with Linea Direct as a lot of people recommended them but was told yesterday that with all the recent storms etc they have getting akward about peoples claims. Just looking for some feedback don't want to jump out of the frying pan into the fire when chamging companies.

Fortunately never had to claim, but have buildings contents and car insurance with them. The girls are really helpful in the Quesada office, and everything is in English. I am sure more comments may help you.
