Hola. Has anyone dealt with this company for wills and tax advice? Been recommended by Devere Investments. They are on Avenida de las naciones by The Treasure Chest. Cheers.

Can anyone recommend a independent Notory as i have had a solicitor dealing with my fathers inheritance and every time i have tried to contact him he never answers his phone and does not return my calls
This has been going on for over 18 months and although there was a few original problems he now says the bank have mislaid the Documents to release the frozen bank account which has been frozen since last April
He said he went to the bank and they had been mislaid and the bank had changed its name The bank is in Rojaras
He said they have got to scan the documents from a Notory back to their head office this was over three weeks ago he has had the documents to release this account for over two months I need a Notory to check these details any ideas Due to work it has been difficult to come over So i have had to do this on the phone

Yes we have used them to amend our “wills” to include UK , cost us about 300e, we found out same day whilst in Rojales Notary that they can do it for ONLY 40e each as they speak English. Get the full cost beforehand from a few good solicitors, could save you a lot of money.

Only one lawyer I'd ever use and that's Silvia and the team at Sgm Abogados in Benijofar.

All Notaries in Spain are completley independent
