Posted: Mon Nov 26, 2018 11:05 amLiberty are slow to pay out in the event of a non fault claim , still waiting for my excess back from a fully comprehensive claim in may2018,and repairs to non fault claim via 3rd party insurance claim in the same month, although I have contacted them many times,every month since MAY, they say it takes time,that is my experience so far,
