Where do people get their public liability insurance for rental properties from?

Hi Jo6677, you can get public liability insurance for rental properties by taking home insurance, building & contents if owned property or contents insurance if tenant. In both cases providing this information, property rented to third parties if owner or property rented if tenant, to the insurance company.
