I have been told its well worth having. we just wondered. has anyone used this service. just looked it up and its £39 for a year and has many trips has you want. so basically your covered. below is the list. of. includes in the deal. but is it like the saying goes to good to be true. your views. :text-thankyouyellow:

  • Europe Territory Only
  • £6,000 Excess Cover (£6,000 single incident limit)
  • Covers damage to bodywork, windscreens, tyres, roof and undercarriage
  • Covers up to 9 named drivers on the rental agreement (How it works)
  • Covers Local in-Country Rentals
  • No distance restrictions from main residence
  • Price includes Insurance Premium Tax (IPT)
  • Multi-trip policy - take as many as you want!
  • 65 Day Continuous Cover on any one rental agreement
  • Towing and Breakdown cover included as standard!

Get yourself the annual insurance it works out a lot cheaper than what the car companies want to change you.

yes been looking and some great advice. and different companies. but I think reading them and looking there all roughly the same. but the advice is most welcome.

Went via moneysavingexpert and got discount . . Could have gone up since I renewed . . . At the end of the day your problems are going to be with the firm you hire from . . Never had an issue with Firefly but Goldcar and a couple of others well documented on this and other sites don't have a good rep . . Best to avoid potential dodgy claims as best you can.

Sorry I should have said we also got both of ours, Questor last year and Direct Car Excess through moneysavingexpert. It's much the best way to find out which is cheaper for your own circumstances.
