ANY ADVICE PLEASE

I have sold my Spanish villa and will be moving back to the uk.
My home insurance runs out next week. We was hoping to be gone by now but it seems we will be here for another 6 weeks.
I am reluctant to pay a years insurance because I know it will be very difficult to get a refund.

Speak to Donna at right move insurance, next to the chop shop in Quesada. We had sold our house but the insurance was due to expire about a month before completion, we tried the bank who we were already insured through & they said no insurance company will give a refund. We spoke to Donna who got us insured with one of the only companies who would give a refund, completed on our sale, went back to Donna & got a refund for all complete remaining months.
