Our HOUSE AND CONTENTS insurance was arranged by our bank BANKIA my wife has just lost a diamond from her expensive ring, after trying to claim, have been told it's NOT COVERED. ROBBERY AND BURGLARY OMLY, does any company offer accidental loss as standard

Not sure I have ever heard of accidental loss cover,however accidental damage cover is always available for

can anyone recommend a house and contents insurance company that covers for loss of food and fridge freezer . I was informed by my previous insurance company that because I am not residential I am not covered .We found the electrics had been cut off after the recent storms in Spain and every thing had to be thrown out .quite a shock really , the fridge freezer had been stocked up for our return.
