Can anyone tell me why caravan insurance (for a 1,300 kg caravan) in Spain is so expensive.
I've got a quote from my present car insurance company of 1,000€ fully comprehensive with a 1,000€ excess.

Depends what type of insurance you are looking for if it is for towing most insurances companies will include it with the cars insurance for a little bit extra some do it free, this one does

I've had a reply from them, they're changing their underwriters at the moment, so can't give me a quote yet.
