Private Hire for airport

Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to get a Private Hire type licence to do airport runs? I don't know if they have a similar system out here in Spain as we do in the UK. So not general Taxi licence, but Private Hire.

Hi basically the answer is no,taxi license's are expensive and the airport is their number 1 job,and as many people know there are many ex pats illegally taking taxi business hence more checks at the airport for illegal taxis and private cars taking their livelihood..

If you are an Estate agent or a Management company it is possible to get a licence that will allow you to pick up clients only but it will take a long time

Thank you jpeg, the info is much appreciated. I don't think I'm going to try and go down that road though as my Spanish is still pants and I know there will be an awful lot of red tape to wade through.
