I regularly travel to and from the UK for work - I am going back on 2nd and back into Alicante Airport on 7th March - Can anyone suggest a reliable taxi service? I can drive and do normally use Victoria Parking but I don't like driving in Spain at night. Any recommendations?

I have used the official Elche airport taxi service in the past. Booked on line. Very professional. Met by a uniformed representative introduced to my driver, new cars. Was €56 one way two years ago.
I am coming out on 9th March and am going to try the new beniconnect south service. Shared shuttle.. booked on line. €17 one way, but they will only drop off at the quesada arches so you still need a friend or neighbour to meet you there.

The normal Quesada taxis are fine... I have used them a lot, Miguel is our favourite but David is also good.. never been let down by them. Quesada taxis can take you anywhere.. in fact Miguel told me recently that he had run a lady from Quesada to Barcelona... but they can ONLY pick up in Quesada and the airport. The Alicante Airport taxis are fine too so you should have no problems..

I would also recommend the Beniconnect shuttle a friend uses it regularly and finds it excellent. I believe it’s 18e one way to Quesada arches

What is the Beniconnect shuttle please. I have never heard of it and would like details of the service for friends coming out to Quesada this spring and summer

Beniconnect is a shared shuttle service. It stops at multiple places and only drops off at the arches. If there is more than 1 person a door to door service can work out cheaper. Try clydegrovegolf.com. Reliable competitive friendly service.

Whilst it's true Beniconnect offer a shared shuttle service my friend on many occasions has been the only passenger and gone direct to/from Quesada. It all depends on who books for that date and time. Be a shame if it's not well supported. The company have been doing transfers from Alicante airport to Benidorm and north costa blanca for several years I believe. I have no personal interest in this company just feel for once it's good to have an inexpensive service as an alternative to a taxi

Yes OH booked Beniconnect on Friday to Alicante airport he paid 18€ and had the shuttle bus to himself very impressed and far cheaper than any taxi.

You can go online and book it's very easy

Benniconnect is fantastic a friend used it in December and just booked again for next week. He to was only person on it. The coach was new and very comfy dead on time and driver very pleasent
