A group of ten of us went there yesterday, for lunch, for the special meal that they have been advertising. There is on street parking and a large carpark nearby.

There was a free glass of sangria to start off proceedings before we placed an order, and the first drink was free

There were about twelve meals from which to select. Each main meal had a price beside it - and that was the price that you paid for the three course meal! On average between €5-€6. You then had a choice of fried rice; boiled rice or chop suey to accompany it

For the starter there was a choice of pancake roll; soup or salad

For the "postre" there was a choice between one dollop of ice-cream and the usual caramel.

The price included IVA - something you have to watch as we afterwards went to the Scandanavian bread shop - just down the hill and around to the right from there. It is nice to wander around the shop and to have a coffee etc outside. However, the menu that we had did not say that the prices did not include IVA! The bill came up with the individual price of the drinks and the IVA was a separate lump total!! Well, it least it gave our brains a mini work out! Why is IVA 21% when 20% is so much easier to calculate!!

Well, I belong to so many groups out here that I go out to a meal just about every day!! I run a luncheon club with 50 members, in England (connected to the U3A). So, of course, I have to check out the competition when I am over here!!! ;) I usually go out to lunches, rather than evening meals - and eat very little before or after - I don't want to contravene the weight restrictions on the plane!!! :D
