Yellow Rose of Texas closed for the next year due to illness

Paco's has been recommended a good alternative though in Rojales

Would be nice if they would shut down their site on Facebook when they have shut down their business. Made a unnecessary drive to dine only to be disappointed. Now I don't give a F if they re-open! Won't go there and won't recommend.

I can't find a Facebook page for it, just one that flags it up with This unofficial Page was created because people on Facebook have shown interest in this place or business. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by anyone associated with The Yellow Rose of Texas Restaurant Benijofar.
I'd have thought if the owner/chef is off ill for a year they might have something more important to think about than updating an unofficial page.

Hi Don't know why you drove without booking as when it was open you could not normally get in without booking so even if it was open you may have been disappointed so bit of a harsh comment really!

I figured off-season and would not mind a possible wait and have a beer or two while waiting.

What comment do you find harsh? One is allowed its opinion, no?

I obviously wasn't looking for one in Swedish. Both English and Spanish ones say they are unofficial sites. Can't see what the Swedish one says.
