Cats for adoption

Come and meet the beautiful cats desperate to be adopted at the animal shelter in Torrevieja..many have been there for a few years now and some new ones...they are not all street cat many have been abandoned or are cats that have gotten lost.some have been there since they were kittens ..they all need the a loving warm home ..please if any one would like to come and see them ( or any of the many dogs )at shelter please call in between 10am & 2pm mon- frid..

Thank you for posting this. It's always helpful for those looking for a new pet to know they can go and have a look around these animal shelters. They do such good work and deserve to be publicised as much as possible.

The Dog Pound is situated opposite the Habaneras Shopping Centre.
Take the slip road directly in front of the Police station.Go past the police station and the Fire station and take the next right turn.Go to the very bottom of the road where you will see double blue gates on the left.The gates are the entrance to the shelter.
They welcome visitors between the hours of 10am and 2pm on Monday to Friday

Please note. The animal shelter in Torrevieja is also open at weekends . Please pop along and sign up as a volunteer to walk the dogs or maybe adopt one. The cats love visitors and are waiting for you.
