Charlie, the Spaniel, desperate for a new home

This is Charlie who we found in EL Raso about 2 to three weeks ago. We thought we had found a new home for him , but unfortunately did not work out, due mainly to Charlie only being 8 months or so and being a medium sized dog, which became to much for the lady, she is used to her small elderly dog. She has agreed to keep him at her finca until I can find a new home for him, which I hope won't take to long. I've got him on Pets in Spain facebook site, plus a lady who rescues and rehomes in Germany is likely to add him to her website.
He is not chipped and is also unlikely to be inoculated, he got on well with our two dogs while with us and picked up on their routines very quickly. He walked well on the lead, ignoring other cat, dogs and rabbits. He was also clean in the house and garden. At eight months of age he will train well to his new owners boundaries and should make a great pet.

Charlie has now done a week in his new home in Calpe. And the family are more than content with him so now all is well and he is staying. From the photos that they have sent I would say he has landed on his paws
He was seen on the Pets in Spain website, hence the reason he has traveled away from the area. Thank you for all messages.

Lovely news so happy for him. Thank you for caring about him and making sure he found a good home not once but twice

Thank you all here is Charlie with his new "mom" Though I think her parents would have something to say about that. A quote I saw on a posting about him her father said " I couldn't of wished for a better dog". He probably doesn't know I saw it.

I am so happy that this beautiful dog has found his forever
Home

I would have had him if we didn’t already have a lovely collie
