History: RAMBLA lived several days in the streets according to a few neighbors, she is half blind and she does not hear very well, she is very cheerful, super loving and loves going out for a walk. A friend rescued her in front of her house a couple nights ago just before the “gota fria” (dana), which later hours came down in full force throughout the region.
