Theatre group director needed

Director needed for an established theatre group based in Torrevieja who present two musical comedy shows a year to raise money for charity. The ideal person will have experience of the theatre, be capable of managing a group of around 25 - 30 people, be willing to commit fully during rehearsal and show times and have excellent people skills. This is a voluntary position but can be very rewarding for the right person. Script writing skills would be an advantage but not essential.
