wasps nest (how to get rid of)

A family om holiday here have a wasps nest inside a brolly but you cant touch it because as soon as you go near they come out very angry, have already stung the dad and son,anyone any ideas how to get rid of it. :text-thankyouyellow:

Job done, :text-thankyouyellow: tools req long handled broom and lots of cockroach spray,,result lots of dead wasps .

Wasps aggressively protect their nests. It would be very risky to go near them. It's better you contact the pest professionals to deal with them.

I've had 5 nests on my wall this year.
Spray first with hair laquer then with fly spray. That's the end of that but make sure there's plent of laquer in the tin, you must make sure it comes out with force.

I was advised by Locals that if you want to dispose of wasp nests or hornet nests (if it is the size of around a golf ball its a hornet nest, not wasp) you can easily do it by methods described above or by using a decent Spanish wasp/hornet spray which kills them on contact (they really do as I have sprayed flying ones and they drop instantly to the gound). They say the IMPORTANT thing is to do it at dawn or dusk while they are all in the nest . . . outside of that many are out and about and will get you from behind as you approach . . . .

Mickey Braw, surely if you use hair laquer it willjust make the hairs on their little legs more manageable and give them more bounce........because they are worth it :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
