We had some microscopic insects in UK, we sent samples to health centre and they were identified as "Psocids" if you google you will find a lot of information there

Sound like the little brown-black bugs we had in our food cupboards this summer. As I don’t like to use sprays in the kitchen, we cleared out the cupboards and just squashed them individually (they’re only small, after all). We meticulously checked all packets and if in doubt we threw them away. This was followed by a few days of finding the odd stragglers and gradually no more appeared. Make sure you keep all dry foods sealed up and maybe put a dried bay leaf in, too, for good measure.
