I would like to highly recommend El Gustos in Benijofar, just near the junction across the road from the church where the road is cobbled. With the bank in front of you it´s on the right hand side.

It´s a great and informal place to go and eat with a varied "fusion" menu, owned and operated by a Dutch family I believe, the food is outstanding it´s very relaxed and nicely decorated and the prices are reasonable for the standard, evening menu is 15 euro, or a la carte comes to about 30 euros per head with drinks, this is by far my favourite restaurant in the area and a place I take visitors to time and time again to universal approval.

Hope you enjoy,

Tim.

El Gusto is definitely one of the top restaurants of the area!!! We had a marvellous meal there yesterday on our first visit, and we will be returning again before long!!!
Service was excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. Food was delicious and top-notch. Real value for the price of €30 per head with wine on A La Carte menu.

:) Absolutely agree - this is a smashing restaurant, good food, plenty of it, good prices and very friendly and relaxed staff (Dutch)...we have dined here before and will always come back, it is worth the few minutes from Quesada by car to have a great evening here.
